Avoid - lasted less than 4 months

I purchased this in early January. It was delivered on Jan 11 and by May 11th it is no longer working. The battery does not hold a charge. We never used it for more than 10-15 minutes at a time. We often used it for 5 minutes at night and now it is a piece of garbage. By early April it was only sucking up when we used turbo and now nothing. It holds a charge for less than 30 seconds. Just horribly disappointing esp for LG. Know that *many of the positive reviews* were in exchange for a free vacuum or people that just got it. Look for reviews with people that owned it for more than a couple months.

Great vacuum. Does the job and very powerful. I bought this to replace a cheap one that replaced a Dyson that broke down after 2 years.

We bought this vacuum a few months ago and couldnt be happier with it It is extremely easy to use compact and stylish The battery lasts long enough to clean all the carpets in the house. The suction is amazing picking up so much more dust that other machines left behind. It is so simple to empty and the filters are easy to remove and clean. We highly recommend this LG product

This vacuum was very easy to figure out and set up. I have used it almost every day on my vinyl tile. I frequently use it on our carpets in between regular vacuuming. The battery has remained strong even when using the turbo setting. It has great suction is easy to clean out. It can get under things that my previous stick vacuums were not able to do. One word here some times I catch the release on something when going under furniture and the floor attachment comes off. Just a little learning curve. Mine came with a crevice tool. It would be ideal to include a brush too. I never want to use any other vacuum for cleaning hard to reach areas. I wish that I had found this item sooner

The vacuum does what I needed - it has excellent power and suction such that I can quickly and efficiently vacuum my space. Recharging is easy. I do think the inclusion or not of the extra battery available on some models should be more clear on the website.
